Presented by the Product Team
Your Presentation, Perfectly Preserved
Every visual element from your PowerPoint deck is captured — themes, images, charts, and fonts all intact.
Slide Layout Preserved
Every slide's position, size, and layering is reproduced exactly — backgrounds, placeholders, and custom layouts all carry over.
Themes & Colours Intact
Slide themes, colour schemes, gradient fills, and background images all convert faithfully with no colour profile shift.
Images & Media
Embedded photos, icons, and SmartArt graphics render at full resolution. Video thumbnails are captured as static frames.
Fonts Embedded
All fonts are embedded in the PDF so text renders correctly on any device — no font substitution or reflow.
Speaker Notes (Optional)
Choose whether to include speaker notes below each slide. Notes-included PDFs are perfect for printing presenter handouts.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about this tool
No — PDF is a static format, so animations and transitions are not included. Each slide is captured in its final state (as it would appear after all animations have played). If you have entrance animations, the elements will appear in their final visible positions.
Yes. Toggle the 'Include speaker notes' option before converting. When enabled, each slide is followed by its notes in the PDF — ideal for printing handout packages.
Videos are converted to static thumbnail images in the PDF. The thumbnail shown is the first frame of the video, or the poster image if one was set in PowerPoint.
Yes — clickable hyperlinks (URLs and email addresses) in text boxes remain active in the PDF output. Internal slide navigation links may not be preserved.
Yes — with a Pro account, you can specify a slide range (e.g. slides 3–12) before converting, so only those slides appear in the output PDF.
