How It Works

Simple steps to get your converted file

1

Upload your PDFs

Select two or more PDF files. You can pick them all at once from your file browser, or add them one at a time.

2

Arrange the order

Drag files into the order you want. The merged PDF will follow your sequence exactly — first file's pages come first.

3

Download the merged PDF

Click Merge and download a single combined PDF. Bookmarks from each source file are included in the output.

Arrange Your Files Before Merging

Drag files into the right order, preview page counts, and see the output flow — all before you click Merge.

Everything You Need to Combine PDFs

Simple for quick merges, powerful enough for complex document packages.

Combine Any Number of PDFs

Merge two files or two hundred. Upload as many PDFs as you need and arrange them in any order before combining into one.

Page Order Preserved

Pages from each file appear in the output exactly as they do in the source. No page shuffling, no surprises.

Custom File Order

Drag files up or down to set exactly which PDF comes first, second, or last. The merge follows your order precisely.

Page Count Preview

Each uploaded file shows its page count so you can estimate the total before merging and spot any wrong files early.

Bookmarks Retained

PDF bookmarks and internal navigation links from each source file are preserved in the merged output wherever possible.

Works with All PDFs

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about this tool

Free users can merge up to 20 PDF files in a single session. Pro users can merge an unlimited number of files, with a total combined size of up to 1 GB.

Yes — the merged PDF follows the exact file order you set. All pages from the first file appear first, then all pages from the second file, and so on.

Yes — if a PDF is password-protected, you'll be prompted to enter the password before it can be added to the merge queue. The output file will not carry the password.

Bookmarks (outlines) from each source PDF are included in the merged file where possible. Internal links that reference page numbers are updated to reflect the new combined page numbering.

Selecting specific page ranges is a Pro feature. With Pro, you can specify pages like '1-3, 5, 8-10' from each file before merging, so only those pages appear in the output.
