LOGO

Full Image Placement Control

Logos, signatures, photos, stamps — placed, sized, rotated, and composited with transparency preserved.

Click-to-Place Images

Click anywhere on the page to drop the image at that exact spot. Drag to reposition, drag corners to resize — with optional aspect-ratio lock.

PNG, JPG, SVG & WebP

Supports transparent PNGs (logos with alpha channel), JPEGs (photos), SVGs (vector graphics), and WebP. Transparency is preserved in the final PDF.

Multiple Images, Any Page

Add as many images as you need — signature on page 1, logo on every page, photo on page 3. Each image has independent positioning, sizing, and opacity.

Opacity & Rotation

Set each image from fully opaque to ghost-faint. Rotate to any angle — place a logo horizontally in the header or diagonally as a background stamp.

Aspect Ratio Lock

Resize with the lock engaged to keep images proportional, or unlock to stretch independently on each axis. Width and height inputs update each other when locked.

Content Preserved

Images are composited onto the page as a new layer — original PDF text, fonts, existing images, and hyperlinks are completely unchanged underneath.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about this tool

PNG (with transparency), JPEG, WebP, and SVG are supported. PNG is recommended for logos and signatures — the alpha channel is preserved so the background shows through. JPEG is ideal for photos where file size matters.

Yes — upload a PNG with a transparent background and the page content will show through wherever the image is transparent. This is the most common use case for adding company logos to PDF headers.

Yes — in the 'Apply to' setting for any image block, choose 'All pages'. The image will appear at the same position and size on every page. Useful for running headers, watermark logos, or page background images.

No — the image is flattened into the page content layer, not added as an editable annotation. It cannot be moved, resized, or deleted by the PDF reader. For removable image stamps, use our Annotate PDF tool instead.

Upload your signature PNG, place it on the page preview at the signature line position, and in 'Apply to' select 'This page only'. The signature will appear only on the first page of the exported PDF.
